Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Date
Keep your banking information up to date by logging in to mynycers.org. If your bank account information is incorrect, the bank will return the funds to NYCERS electronically, and you will need to contact NYCERS to have a replacement check mailed.
Check Mailing Date
Checks are issued by a third-party financial institution and mailed via USPS two mailing days prior to the end of the month. If you have not received your mailed check by the 10th of the month, contact NYCERS.
