NYCERS conducts virtual pension seminars via Zoom Video Conference. Closed Captioning is available.
How to Register for a Seminar
To attend, you must register with your agency’s Benefits Coordinator or HR Representative (NYC Health + Hospitals employees can email HRRetirementServices@nychhc.org to register).
When registering for a Comprehensive Pre-Retirement Planning Seminar, provide the first and last name you have on file with NYCERS so that NYCERS can identify you and determine your eligibility.
If NYCERS confirms you are eligible to attend, your agency will provide you with the Zoom meeting details to register for the seminar. Within five business days of completing registration, you will receive a confirmation email directly from popzoomno-reply@zoom.us containing information about joining the webinar on the day of the event.
