Use this tool to schedule your appointment at our Customer Service Center. You’ll be able to print a confirmation page containing a bar code. When you arrive for your appointment, go to the nearest kiosk and confirm your arrival by scanning the bar code. A ticket will be generated and your number will be called. Appointments can be scheduled from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.
